The basic use for this product is to fade brown spots or pigmentation left behind from sun damage, blemishes, or acne. I use this only on the sides of my cheeks, back toward my ears. That is where I get the most breakouts, and when they are there they tend to leave behind scars or a little darker pigmentation. This has really helped to get rid of that. I noticed effects so quickly that I was honestly shocked.

Even though I haven't used this very long on my face, I really do like it. I tested out a brown spot on my neck and it faded to nearly nothing within 3 weeks. I'm excited to see results on my face with continued use.
I'm really bad about using this on a daily basis. Some nights I am too tired to do much more than wash my face, other nights I do a million things to my face - and those are the nights I remember to use this cream.
I didn't have any reactions on my skin, but I've read that people have had skin sensitivity to this - which from what I've read has ranged from redness to hives. Of course if you're allergic to an ingredient in any product you may use you'll have a reaction to it. However, for the majority of people this will work wonders to help lighten your dark spots!
Overall, yes, I would recommend this cream but please do a test patch first!
