An ingredient that works as a polymer that forms a film. This ingredient is commonly used in formulas along with Polyisobutene and Polysorbate 20 as a thickener-emulsifier combination. The three compounds combined have the ability to thicken and stabilize formulas effectively. Additionally, they provide a smooth and silky texture when applied.
