We want things to be perfect... and for you to be happy with your new Reviva skincare. But we understand that sometimes products won't agree with your skin - everyone is different. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from revivalabs.com, simply return it along with the original order confirmation or packing slip to us within sixty (60) days. We will gladly refund the original purchase price of the product, replace the product, or exchange it for a comparably priced item. Please note: If you're asked to return the product(s) in your order, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges on original order are non-refundable. Also, items purchased as a bundle or set must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be offered. 

The only exception to our return policy is any product sold and/or marked as Close Out. Products on close out are not generally eligible for return or refund even if purchased directly from our website.

If you did not purchase your product from revivalabs.com, please return it to the store or website you purchased it from for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, Reviva Labs does not refund or exchange products that were not purchased through our website or ordered via telephone directly from Reviva Labs.

Please note that Reviva Labs will NOT honor our Money Back Guarantee for any products sold on Amazon®, Walmart®, or eBay® by Non-Authorized Retailers.
