Why does the cream sometimes have a slight yellow tint?

The yellow tint is a natural result of the higher Vitamin K (phytonadione) concentration in the improved formula. Phytonadione is a yellow-toned fat-soluble compound, and at 2% concentration it can impart a subtle yellow cast to the cream. This is completely normal, expected, and indicates the active ingredient is present at an effective level. The tint typically disappears quickly upon application and does not stain skin or affect the clarity of makeup applied over it.
