At Reviva Labs, we’ve heard incredible stories from customers over the years – how one product changed their skin or how a longtime favorite became part of their daily ritual. Now we’d love to hear yours. Record a short video telling us which Reviva Labs product helped you – whether it was a recent discovery or something you’ve relied on for decades.
We’re looking for authentic, phone-recorded videos between 15 seconds and 2 minutes long – though the sweet spot is 30 to 60 seconds. Talk directly to the camera like you’re telling a friend.

If your video is selected and used in our marketing (website, emails, or social), we’ll ship you two full-size units of the product you featured – assuming it’s still available. There’s no cost to participate, and no purchase required. Just your honest voice and experience.
Once your video is ready, scroll down to upload it. You’ll also be asked to tell us which product you’re talking about and where to send your reward if selected.
By submitting, you’ll agree to our usage terms – and you can always request your video be removed in the future if you change your mind.

1. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 or older. Employees and immediate family members of Reviva Labs or Sendayco, LLC are not eligible. Each submission must focus on a single Reviva Labs product. Campaign is open on a rolling basis and may be promoted nationally via email, social media, and the Reviva Labs website.
2. Content Requirements
Submissions must include either a video, photo testimonial, or before/after image featuring one Reviva Labs product. Submissions referencing multiple products will not be eligible.
3. Ownership & Originality
You affirm that the content is your original work and does not violate the rights of any third party. You must have full rights to the likenesses, images, voices, and text used in your submission.
4. License to Use Content
You grant Reviva Labs and its affiliates, successors, and partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, edit, adapt, display, distribute, and promote your content in any format now known or developed. This includes use of your name, image, likeness, and testimonial statements for promotional or commercial purposes.
5. Optional Removal Request
At any time, you may request Reviva Labs cease using your content by emailing [email protected]. We will use our best efforts to remove the content from digital platforms under our control. We cannot guarantee removal from printed or previously published materials.
6. Compensation Details
If selected for promotional use, you will receive two (2) full-size units of the product featured in your submission. Selection is at the sole discretion of Reviva Labs. Free product rewards will only be shipped after your content has been selected and used in Reviva Labs marketing. Submission does not guarantee selection or reward.
7. Product Return Policy for Removal Requests
If you request content removal after receiving product, no return is required. However, Reviva Labs may limit future promotional participation at its discretion.
8. Shipping Terms
You are responsible for providing an accurate U.S. shipping address. Reviva Labs is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to address errors or carrier issues.
9. No Cash Value
Free product rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ohio state or federal courts.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your content and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. You acknowledge this promotion is not associated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platform.
