Can I purchase your products if I live outside the United States?

Yes, you can order directly from our website and we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and import duties may apply based on your location. You can also use our Store Locator (https://www.revivalabs.com/store-locator/) or our website to find if we have a known retailer in your country. We are a distributed brand, so often, especially internationally, our products are available but we are unaware of the exact retailers. For a faster, more localized shopping experience, we recommend purchasing from iHerb.com (https://www.iherb.com/) or Amazon.com (https://www.amazon.com/) when available in your region.

What are your hours of operation?

Our front office is open Monday through Fridays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. If you call before or after that time frame you’ll be dropped into the dreaded voicemail queue. But don’t worry, our front office personnel check it every day.

However, regular operations (manufacturing, etc.) in our facility often occur between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time any day of the week – and sometimes runs later (or earlier) – depending on production needs and/or order volume. However, warehouse access outside front office hours is restricted to authorized personnel or by appointment only. So don’t try to pick up an order at our loading dock or such – the warehouse personnel will simply be confused.

Where are you located?

Reviva Labs began in Stephen and Judith’s first home in New Jersey. In the 1980s, they expanded by purchasing a facility in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where they operated until June 17, 2024. On that date, Reviva Labs was acquired by Sendayco LLC, and shortly after, operations were consolidated in Dayton, Ohio.

How long have you been in business?

Reviva Labs, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Stephen and Judith Strassler. You can read all about our story. On June 17, 2024 Reviva Labs was acquired by Sendayco, LLC, another family owned business, with the plan to grow Reviva Labs for the next 50 years.

Do you accept returns?

Our top priority, after making great natural skin care, is making our customers happy. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and for pre-approved resellers purchase orders too.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges depend on many factors (i.e., where you live, type of shipping you choose, etc.). But we’ve done our best to negotiate favorable rates with major shipping carriers.
