Business Questions

What are your hours of operation?

Our front office is open Monday through Fridays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time. If you call before or after that time frame you’ll be dropped into the dreaded voicemail queue. But don’t worry, our front office personnel check it every day. However, regular operations (manufacturing, etc.) in our facility/warehouse often occur between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time any day of the week – and sometimes runs later (or earlier) – depending on production needs and/or order volume. However, warehouse access outside front office hours is restricted to authorized personnel and/or by appointment only. So don’t try to pick up an order at our loading dock or such – the warehouse personnel will simply be confused.

Do you sell your products at your company’s location?

We don’t have a store front. However, if you order online or call us to order, and you’re local to us, you can stop in to pick up your products. Our front office will have your order ready and waiting. And who knows, sometimes we like to give away free swag to those who stop in to see us.

Where are you located?

We started in Stephen and Judith’s first home in New Jersey. But nearly four decades ago, Reviva Labs purchased our current facility, and we have operated out of this main building located in Haddonfield, New Jersey since then.

Our top priority, after making great natural skin care, is making our customers happy. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and for pre-approved resellers purchase orders too.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges depend on many factors (i.e., where you live, type of shipping you choose, etc.). But we’ve done our best to negotiate favorable rates with major shipping carriers.
