After more than eight years of dedicated service, Nancy Reimer, Reviva Labs’ Director of Training and Education, retired on January 31, 2026. Her retirement marks the close of a meaningful chapter for the brand and for the many people she has supported, taught, and inspired since joining the company on March 1, 2018.

Nancy has played a central role in shaping how Reviva Labs educates, communicates, and connects with customers, sales representatives, and retail partners. Known for her calm confidence and deep product knowledge, she became a trusted voice through Virtual Skincare Consultations, where she helped individuals address real skin concerns with clarity and care. Her approach focused on listening first, then guiding in a way that left people feeling informed and empowered.

Her impact extended well beyond virtual settings. At industry events, including Expo West, Nancy became part of the heartbeat of the Reviva Labs booth. She connected easily with retailers, coached sales teams in real time, and helped first-time shoppers feel comfortable and confident with the brand. As Nancy transitions into retirement, Reviva Labs will ensure continuity in training and education by reallocating responsibilities among existing team members while additional support is brought on where needed. While her responsibilities will be covered, her presence and influence are unique and deeply valued.
