Until I joined the team at Reviva I wasn’t really a skin care person. I washed my face in the shower – yes, with bar soap – and maybe applied whatever moisturizer was nearby if my skin was dry. But when it came to understanding or appreciating skin care ingredients and formulas I was like […]
Argireline®, Lipotec’s trade name for acetyl hexapeptide-3 and acetyl hexapeptide-8, is a synthetic anti-wrinkle cosmeceutical ingredient that mimics the effect of botulinum toxin injections – but with less immediate intensity. This man-made peptide fragment penetrates the skin and interrupts the nuerotransmitter process (SNARE complex disruption) of facial muscles reducing their activation. By inhibiting muscle movement […]

Reviva Labs has always advocated for keeping your skin care routine simple and clean. Yes, we believe in layering, but not in the 10-12 step skin care routines that have grown in popularity with the rise of K-Beauty. Instead, we are firm believers in achieving the most with the fewest products. When consumers call us […]
I first learned of Reviva when I began working with them as an outside vendor in 2004. At the time, I really didn’t have a skincare “routine.” I moisturized – and wore sunscreen when I went to the beach or the pool – but that was about it. Since my company was working with Reviva […]
When I first joined the team at Reviva, I wasn’t fully aware of all the products they offered. So when I was immersed into the variety of products I immediately began to try them all. And I quickly found my absolute favorite – Reviva’s #202 Makeup Primer. Every morning after cleaning my face, I put that […]
In the morning I splash my face with cold water and then apply our #605 Activated Charcoal Time Release Night Crème (yes, I realize it’s a night cream, but it’s light enough that I use it in the day too). The tea tree oil helps clear-up any blemishes as the activated charcoal helps to draw out impurities […]
